You would think replacing decks would be  relatively quick and easy project but Wooodbridge took their time to review options, share recommendations, deliver product when needed, and finish the job beautifully.  Instead of old wooden decks that needed to be power washed, sanded and stained almost annually, I now have maintenance free decking that looks awesome and works for my lifestyle. Our journey began with nothing more than a thought and a dream. Once we decided to take that leap and turn it into something real, we talked to Nolan—and that’s where everything truly started to come together.
Nolan first worked with us as our realtor when we purchased the land. Even in those early stages, it was clear that he brought more to the table than just helping us find property. He understood the bigger picture of what we were trying to accomplish, and that gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. From that point on, the vision of building our custom home was officially set in motion.
This was my wife and I’s first time building a home, and to be honest, it quickly became clear that this process was far outside of our comfort zone. It can be overwhelming, stressful, and filled with decisions you don’t always feel equipped to make. Through it all, Nolan was the calm, steady voice of reason. He consistently grounded us when things felt uncertain and helped us stay focused on the end goal.
As the build progressed, we realized just how fortunate we were to have him in our corner. Nolan provided clear and consistent communication, set realistic expectations, and guided us through each phase with confidence. Whenever challenges came up—as they inevitably do in a custom build—he was already thinking ahead, presenting solutions before problems had a chance to escalate.
What stood out the most was how genuinely invested he was in our project. We never felt like just another client. He took the time to answer every question, walk us through decisions, and make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He never rushed us, never minimized our concerns, and always made us feel like our home was a priority.
From helping us secure the perfect piece of land, to offering insight on design choices, to keeping everything moving forward, Nolan was a constant source of reassurance. His professionalism, patience, and deep understanding of the process made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable—and even enjoyable at times.
Now, as we near the completion of this journey, we can confidently say that the home we’ve built is everything we hoped it would be. A big part of that is due to Nolan’s steady guidance, dedication, and commitment throughout the entire process. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner for such an important, once-in-a-lifetime project.

We had the team at Woodridge Homes finish our basement for us. From start to finish they made the process easy.   We had constant communication throughout the project and could get answers to questions quickly.  Everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, and quality of work was important. In November 2022, we purchased a new construction home built by Woodridge. The floor plan was unique and fit our family’s needs quite comfortably.  This home was a downsize for us, and we were pleased to find the finishings to be of great quality - beyond what you would expect of a typical builder grade home.  Over the last 8 months, Nolan has continued to be highly responsive to questions.  We’ve had a few small issues that he’s addressed instantly. We bought our home back in 2021- Nolan (owner) has been wonderful and is quick to respond to messages.
We have been very happy with our house so far- minimum issues. Any issues we have had - when we contacted company, they fixed them in a reasonable amount of time.
We bought this house because the extra attention to detail that Nolan and his team put into building the house- it was quality work. (examples- Woodwork of railings, added a downstairs bathroom with a marble sink, the glass pantry door, added lighting to the stairs, the flooring was quality and he offered to let us pick out the carpeting and tile) We have been here almost 3 years and we love our home.
